Bradley joined Holdsport in November 1998 after completing his accounting articles. Bradley has fulfilled various financial, operational and merchandise roles across the group including, CEO of both Outdoor Warehouse and Sportsmans Warehouse, group COO of the JSE listed Holdsport Limited and now CEO of Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd.

Mireille has over 20 years’ experience in finance and operations in both listed and unlisted space. Mireille joined Holdsport in October 2022, after holding the position of CFO of Long4Life Limited, which listed on the JSE and owned Holdsport before being acquired by Old Mutual Private Equity. Prior to that, Mireille was CFO of Paracon for 16 years, an ICT services group formerly listed on of JSE.

Stuart was appointed as the CEO for Performance Brands in 2016, and is responsible for the execution of its operational, sales, marketing and merchandise strategies. Stuart has 25 years’ experience in creating and building businesses and brands.

Jacci is the co-Head of Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE) and oversees the investment process, strategic direction and operational running of the business.
In addition to assuming responsibility for the overall private equity programme, as a member of the OMPE Investment Committee he is actively involved in all investment decision-making processes and retains portfolio responsibility for key investments.
Jacci is a Chartered Accountant and served articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before joining Anglo American’s Corporate Finance division in 1999. He then worked with Old Mutual’s Corporate Finance division for five years before moving to OMPE as a Portfolio Manager in February 2005.
Jacci serves on the boards of Consol Glass, Primedia, Tiger Automotive, and the Advisory boards of Actis III, Ethos V and VI, Capitalworks I and II, as well as Brait IV.
CHUMANI KULA

Chumani is the co-Head of Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE), overseeing the investment process, strategic direction and operational running of the business.
Since joining Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI) in 2007, he has been involved in the full suite of private equity functions, from deal origination to implementation, investment management and exit.
Chumani joined Old Mutual Private Equity as an Analyst, coming out of the Old Mutual TOPP Programme. He has 14 years of experience in private equity investments. He is also the founding Chairman of Fun Learning for Youth, a non-profit organisation providing academic support to high school learners from disadvantaged communities to enable them to gain entry into university.
Chumani has degrees in business science and accounting and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He serves on the boards of Actom, Morecorp, Medhold, Footgear and Phembani.
NAZEEM MOHAMED

Nazeem Mohamed is an Investment Principal at Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE) and is responsible for the full suite of private equity functions, from deal origination to execution, investment management and exits.
Nazeem joined OMPE in 2015 and has been involved in numerous transactions including Morecorp, Medhold, Footgear, Actom and the delisting of Long4Life.
Prior to joining OMPE, Nazeem was a member of the Corporate Finance team at Old Mutual Emerging Markets where he was involved in Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Investments, Disposals and Joint Ventures, BEE transactions, Corporate Restructurings, Capital Raisings, Valuations and Due Diligence.
He served his articles at EY and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa as well as a CFA® Charterholder.
Nazeem serves on the Boards of Actom, Holdsport, Beverages Holdco (which includes Chill Beverages & Inhle Beverages), Medhold and Morecorp, and has previously served on the Boards of Footgear and Tourvest.
